Falun Dafa
Falun Dafa is a spiritual meditation discipline that nurtures both mind and body, grounded in the principles of Truth, Compassion, and Tolerance. Since 2007, the community group behind Falun Dafa has been bringing the renowned Shen Yun show to Canberra, which has been met with widespread admiration. Audience members consistently share that they gain profound benefits from the show, which highlights traditional Chinese culture and values. At their stall, visitors will have the chance to learn about Falun Dafa, its transformative teachings, and the positive impact it has on individuals and society. The group believes that by following the principles of Truth, Compassion, and Tolerance, society can become a more harmonious and better place for all.

Fearless Women
Fearless Women is a not-for-profit organisation committed to empowering girls and young women aged 10–25 in the ACT and surrounding regions. As the only female-specific organisation of its kind in Canberra, Fearless Women provides vital mental health and wellbeing support through programs that foster confidence, resilience, and self-empowerment. The organisation offers a range of initiatives designed to create safe and inclusive spaces: - Mentoring: A program that pairs girls and young women with supportive female mentors who provide friendship, guidance, and wisdom. - Education: Workshops delivered in schools across the Canberra region, focusing on wellbeing, self-value, and empowerment. - Counselling: Free individual and group counselling services to address mental health and wellbeing needs in a compassionate environment. Fearless Women plays a critical role in promoting the importance of seeking mental health support among young women and aims to expand its reach through events like this. Opportunities to Get Involved The organisation is actively seeking volunteer mentors—women from all walks of life who are eager to share their experiences and make a positive impact. The Federation of Indian Associations of ACT (FINACT) will have an information stall in collaboration with the Indian High Commission and Indian state-based organisations. Fujian Townsmen Association of ACT
Explore the rich culinary and cultural heritage of China’s Fujian province at this unique stall. Offering authentic local and traditional dishes, including Hokkien noodles—originating from Fujian and influential across East and Southeast Asia—this is a true taste of Fujian’s vibrant flavors. In addition to food, the stall showcases the Mazu belief and customs, featuring decorative items and a statue of Mazu. Recognised by UNESCO as part of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2009, these customs highlight themes of family harmony, social unity, and peace.
