In one half of the stall, visitors can enjoy: - Hands-on meditation sessions: A 10-minute customised relaxation experience to awaken inner energy (Kundalini), reduce stress, and achieve emotional balance through Sahaja Yoga, a lifetime free spiritual practice developed by Shri Mata Ji Nirmala Devi. - Live classical music: Soothing performances to enhance the meditative atmosphere. The other half of the stall showcases Sahaj cultural heritage through: - Live music performances: Western and Indian classical music by professional local and interstate artists. - Art and photo exhibitions: Displays by talented local artists. - Educational stories: Discover the Sahaj heritage in cultures around the world. Sahaja Yoga is offered free of charge in over 125 countries, promoting a balanced lifestyle that fosters inner peace, clarity, and healing. Super Bao


Super Bao is offering delicious gua bao, Taiwanese popcorn chicken and refreshing handmade lemon ice tea. Gua bao is a very popular dish from Taiwan made with a fluffy semi-circular-shaped bao bun, like taco shape, stuffed with tender pork belly, cilantro, pickles and crushed peanuts. The five-spice duck gua bao uses a family recipe that has passed down generations. The fried chicken gua bao has crispy yet juicy chicken tender dressed with Asian flavour inspired sauce. In one bite you will taste the rich flavours, layers of texture all wrapped in the fluffy bao. Taiwanese popcorn chicken is a signature snack at night markets in Taiwan. The boneless bite size chicken is marinated with Taiwan rice wine, 13-spice mix and coated with tapioca flour that makes it so unique and certainly a family favourite.
