
Karima Hazim is the founder of Sunday Kitchen, where Lebanese food, culture and storytelling come together around the table. Drawing on her heritage and background in design and entrepreneurship, Karima creates immersive cooking experiences that celebrate tradition, connection and shared stories. She also co‑created The Heirloom Project, documenting the role of food in Lebanese‑Australian family life and cultural preservation. Through her work, Karima uses food as a powerful way to connect communities, honour legacy and bring people together across cultures.
