Fire Dragon will demonstrate the traditional Chinese martial art – Pai Lum (White Dragon) Kung Fu. White Dragon Kung Fu is an integral part of Chinese culture teaching not only effective self-defence, but also harmony of mind, body and spirit. Performers will demonstrate a set series of moves passed from Master to Master to student through centuries. You will also see exciting, unarmed self-defences, traditional Chinese weapons, and defences against weapons. The group will also show their ability to break solid objects using just hands and to withstand great force using Chi (Qi) or internal energy.
