Stall categories
Community stalls
Stalls run by community groups and clubs offering food, beverages, and cultural market items and traditional goods that reflect diverse cultural identities.
Information stalls
Stalls hosted by multicultural organisations, diplomatic missions, and community groups, providing information about cultural programs, services, and initiatives.
Commercial stalls
Stalls operated by registered businesses selling food and drink, along with retail market items such as clothing, crafts, and culturally inspired products.
Market stalls
A vibrant mix of community and commercial stalls offering culturally inspired products and experiences that celebrate the creativity and diversity of local and global cultures.
Multicultural Tasting Trail
A curated, self‑guided food experience inviting festival‑goers to explore diverse flavours through small, affordable tasting plates. Participating stalls benefit from increased visibility, foot traffic, and the chance to connect with new audiences as part of a shared celebration of food and culture.
