Try the very best of Czech Repulbic and Slovakian cuisine— bramboráky, potato pancakes, with a variety of toppings together with Czech or Slovak beer. For Czechs, beer is not just a drink, it’s a cultural emblem. The Czech beer is characterized by a pleasant bitterness and just the right bite. A moderate beer consumption has been associated with certain health benefits. Czechs often tout the beverage’s nutritional value, emphasizing its vitamin B content and antioxidants.
